I help leaders and creators transform complex ideas into compelling stories that drive growth. Most people drown their audience in information. The best communicators invite them into a narrative they want to be part of. Whether you're a founder clarifying your message, a creator accelerating your impact, or an executive building thought leadership - story clarity is the difference between noise and influence.

Here's what most strategists won't tell you:

They're building sandcastles. Beautiful, impressive sandcastles that look great in screenshots but disappear the moment the algorithm changes.

I spent years doing the same thing. Built a 13,000-person audience on LinkedIn with hundreds of thousands in reach. Generated 100,000+ views through my own podcast on YouTube. Watched the numbers climb. Felt the dopamine hit of every viral post.

Then one day I did the math that changed everything.

I added up every hour spent chasing algorithmic validation. Every piece of content optimized for someone else's platform. Every follower I'd accumulated on rented land. And I realized I'd built an empire I didn't actually own.

So I made a decision that confused everyone: I shut it all down.

Not because it wasn't working. Because it was working for the wrong outcome. I was optimizing for reach instead of resonance. For virality instead of value. For followers instead of transformation.

What I did instead:

I redirected that creative energy toward building narrative clarity for my clients. I helped them craft stories that work whether the algorithm loves them or not. And something incredible happened - they grew faster than I ever did chasing vanity metrics.

Because story that compounds will always outperform content that evaporates.

Now I help leaders and creators build narratives that last.

"Great content isn't about you. It's about inviting people into a story they want to be part of."

The Journey

2018 - 2019

BAMF · VP of Growth

First GTM hire. Most people would focus on the $500K ARR I generated in three months. But that's not the valuable part of the story.

The valuable part is what happened while I was there. I sat ten feet from Josh Fechter, the ghostwriter who built some of the most recognizable founder brands in B2B today. And I didn't just watch Houston Golden architect growth systems for Google, Microsoft, and Mindvalley. I was part of it.

I didn't just learn tactics. I learned the underlying psychology of what makes people save content versus scroll past it. What makes a founder's voice cut through versus blend in. What separates a LinkedIn post from a movement.

Key Insight: Great content isn't about you. It's about making your audience the hero of a story they want to be part of.

2014 - 2019

OC Tech · Founder

Summer before my senior year of college in 2014, I founded OC Tech. Not a company. A movement. An in-person event series for the Orange County startup ecosystem.

By the end of that year, I'd co-founded an actual company and dropped out of school. Went from almost having to live in my car to living the startup dream.

OC Tech grew to 8,200 members. Monthly events averaging 200-300 attendees. The central hub for OC's startup scene.

But here's what nobody sees: I didn't grow it through paid promotion or growth hacks. I grew it through copy. Emails. Writing that made people feel like missing the next event would be a mistake.

Key Insight: The best marketing doesn't feel like marketing. It feels like being invited to something you'd be crazy to miss. And that invitation lives in the writing.

2020 - 2023

Salescast · CEO

Three hundred podcasts launched. $1.5M in revenue from zero. A creative team of 20+ delivering world-class output daily.

But here's what the numbers don't show: I worked with almost every thought leader name you can imagine in B2B GTM. Leaders at Salesforce. Teams at Revenue.io. Thought leaders like Andy Paul. Founders like Brandon Bornancin at Seamless.ai.

I grew Sales Transformation and my co-founder's personal brand (a prominent CRO) to millions in reach through strategic ghostwriting and podcast content. That podcast was later acquired by Leadium.

Key Insight: Quality at scale isn't about lowering the bar. It's about building systems that protect it. You can't systemize taste, but you can systemize everything around taste.

2024 - Present

CreatorSpark · CEO & Strategic Consulting

After multiple acquisition offers, I made a different choice: self-acquired the company, bought out my co-founder, and took full ownership. Expanded from production agency to strategic consultancy serving two distinct tracks.

CreatorSpark (Fourth Quarter Leaders): Specialized work with Christian CEOs, ministry founders, and visionary executives navigating the transition from building to legacy. As a client partner for Revenue Builders, I took John McMahon and John Kaplan from zero to 1,000,000 downloads. Through CreatorSpark, I've worked with leaders ranging from National Geographic Explorers to faith-based ministry founders - leaders who've spent 30+ years building something significant and need to preserve the wisdom that would otherwise walk out the door.

Strategic Consulting (Broader Market): StoryBrand messaging frameworks, fractional CMO work, editorial strategy, and creator clarity consulting. I help founders clarify their message, creators accelerate their growth, and executives build thought leadership through narrative clarity. The core skill is the same across both tracks: transforming complex ideas into compelling stories that drive measurable results.

The Through-Line: Whether I'm helping a fourth-quarter CEO preserve decades of wisdom or a founder clarify their go-to-market message, the fundamental challenge is identical: turning what you know into stories that create transformation. Story clarity is the difference between noise and influence, between content that evaporates and narrative that compounds.

The Problem Most Leaders Don't See Coming

You have something valuable to say. But saying it clearly is a different skill than building it.

Most executives, founders, and creators drown their audience in complexity. They try to explain everything they know instead of inviting people into a story they want to be part of. The result? Prospects tune out. Content gets ignored. Influence evaporates.

The difference between noise and influence isn't volume - it's narrative clarity.

This is where strategic storytelling matters:

Whether you're a founder clarifying your go-to-market message, a creator scaling your impact, or an executive preserving decades of wisdom - the challenge is the same: transforming what you know into stories that create genuine connection and drive measurable growth.

I help leaders and creators cut through the noise with narrative frameworks that work whether the algorithm loves them or not.

"The best stories don't feel like selling. They feel like seeing yourself in something worth being part of."

Here's what I learned after launching 300+ podcasts, ghostwriting founder brands to millions, and working with everyone from National Geographic Explorers to B2B executives: clarity compounds. Complexity evaporates.

Most leaders and creators have something valuable to say. But they're drowning their audience in information instead of inviting them into a narrative they want to be part of. They're optimizing for reach instead of resonance. For virality instead of value.

I help cut through that noise.

Whether you're:

A founder clarifying your message with StoryBrand frameworks that convert prospects to customers. A creator accelerating growth through narrative clarity that builds real audience connection. An executive building thought leadership that establishes authority. Or a fourth-quarter leader preserving decades of wisdom through books and podcasts (via CreatorSpark).

The fundamental challenge is identical: transforming complex ideas into compelling stories that drive measurable results. Not content that evaporates when the algorithm changes. Narrative that compounds whether the platform loves you or not.

I work with leaders and creators who understand that story clarity is the difference between noise and influence. Between content that gets scrolled past and messages that create genuine transformation.

If you're building something that matters and need strategic help clarifying the story - whether that's fractional CMO work, StoryBrand messaging, editorial strategy, or specialized fourth-quarter legacy work - you know what to do.

Let's build narrative that lasts.
